Kalyway 10.5.2 on Dell Dimension 8400

Hello forum,
I try to install OSX on my Dell Dimension 8400.
Here are a few details:
CPU Intel ® Pentium ® 4 CPU 2.80GHz
2.5 GB ram
Northbridge Intel i925X Revision B1
Southbridge Intel 82801FB (ICH6) Revision B1
Network Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller
Display Adapter RADEON X300 Series 128mb
SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio.

I try to follow these instructions (http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Installation_Guides/Kalyway_DualBoot_10.5.2)having win xp pro pre installed. only i would like to use iPC 10.5.6

I got these recommendation for the installation settings:
"use the red rounded settings (http://braindestroyer.br.funpic.de/phpBB3/download/file.php?id=39). ignore the check marks."

what about the network, sound, and graphics and kernel settings?

At the beginning I had problems with the network drivers. However, I disabled the networkdevice in bios.

Now I get error messages page by page.
* Date * Crash Report localhost [***] mkdir () failed to create / Library / Logs with error: Read-only files ystem

*** is already 1198

it doesnt stop.
what shall I do?
any suggestions?
