Help: Time Machine not recognize disk..

when i open

Time Machine -> Setup Time Machine -> Choose Backup Disk -> It's EMPTY..

so the button 'Use for Backup' is disabled. only 'Cancel' is available.

please help me fix it that i'll can use the backup..

Download this, run. Check the Apply Ethernet EFI ( Time Machine Fix ), apply. Reboot, then make sure the partition u`re going to use is HFS+ and it should work fine.

i tried it and it didn't work.. still see nothing..
