Hey guys, i'm a big fan of 10.5.5 iDeneb, and i work with it.
I would like to know how is possible to patch the 10.5.6 Update from Apple, due to the fact that i use an AMD Athlon X2 7750 Black Edition cpu, on 3Ghz stable, MSI K9A2-CF Motherboard, 8GB 1066Mhz, and an Nvidia GTX9800+.
I try to unpack with Pacifist, and patch the binaries and from it with Marvin"s AMD Utility. But get stuck in repacking it, and installing it.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks and cheers ;)

just talking right now with zephiroth, he think since Voodoo 9.5 there's no need of patching updates, but not so sure

There are a few minor problems with the 9800 GTX+. For example, even if i enable Quart GL with OSx86, i don't have the Quartz Extreme enable.
The other problem is that on my configuration, even after installing iPC, with the SeatBelt.kext, the cpu gives a panic. Also, i try everything possible, installing kernel by kernel at different installations, maybe maybe will work, but not. It didn;t won't to start, giving me panics over panics....
Now, my questions are :
1. With what programs should i write my own kext for the video card (9800GTX+)?;
2. I try to repack the 10.5.6. update into a decrypted folder (Unpacking with Pacifist), but repacking was the problem. Question : What software is the best for repacking a decrypted and binary patched Update?
Thanks in advance, and please, if one of the team Voodoo will see my message, please contact me.
I have hardware, and i'm interested in collaborating with the voodoo team.
Hope to hear from you soon.
