Need Help Installing Zephyroth or iaktos

Recently I have found interest in trying to install Leopard on my PC. The only problem is that when I am trying to install either of them, they don't detect my PS/2 mouse or keyboard at the installation screen. iAktos v1.0i, w/ amd patch, detected my mouse and keyboard once out of the 20 times I tried with that installer but when I went to disk utilities to format my unallocated space, the space didn't show up. So I tried the Zephyroth 10.5.2 Rev.1 but when I get to the installation screen, my mouse or keyboard works. Thanks.:D
