I just saw my mother's friend calculating the hours he did a month with a calculator on some papers...
Since he is a trucker he needs to do this each month...
I thought I'd help him a little...
I've made for him the perfect calculation spreadsheet which auto-calculates the earnings taking into account the free days, feast days and weekends...
It also automatically puts the weekends in red and converts the dates entered into full text counterparts
All he needs to do for each day is enter the date, start time and end time... the rest is auto-calculated... (hours worked, total payment for each day, total payment for each week, total payment and hours worked for each month)
It auto-extrapolates the month from the first date...
And on the last sheet it auto-adds everything up (with extra area area for notes...)
Think different is a lot easier than just being calculating everything by hand :)
