When OSX first boots, I see a light gray background with a darker gray Apple in the center.
Where is it?
How do I change this?
How do I set it as my background?

You can achieve this on genuine Macs by using BootXChanger (http://namedfork.net/bootxchanger). There are a couple of threads within this board (http://www.infinitemac.com/search.php?searchid=97212) discussing issues with the software on hacks.

If you use chameleon 2.0 bootloader, all you need to do is change a png in the theme folder. Look up a chameleon 2.0 tutorial ;)

I know for 'Extra' folder but don't know where I can find original tutorials for Chameleon 2?
