Ok I've edited the com.apple.boot.plist file and made my *mach_kernel.voodoo my boot(*9.5.0). I've got an unedited copy of the normal 10.5.7 update, should I remove the mach_kernel from the update using Pacifist? or is OK for me to go ahead and update, also are there any special commands I should use in terminal during the update? like delete the AppleCPUIntelPower.kext or something?

if you have your system running the backup kernel already... then you can just use software update to get to 10.5.7.... on startup for a bootflag just type in "mach_kernel.voodoo" (without the quotes of course) and then run software update. after updating, replace seatbelt.kext and System.kext with the ones from 10.5.5...

well i updated before I read this... stupid mistake... I got it to boot after replaceing all the stuff with my backups that I made, but now my only problem(it boots fine with just -v) is my displays are completly messed up. And i can't change them. Any ideas on what to do?
