Partition ID for Mac os X

I don't know how my partiton id was changed to 0x07 . then i can't boot from ide drive. I have been testing with 0xAB and 0xA8 id's , without success

What ID i need to use for boot ?

I did it, but.... the disk is dead.... the bios not recognize the disk now

How i can fix?

Ready.. the problem wasn't the partition ID , was a cable inside the pc
