I have Asus A8HE, I've tried iAtkos, kalyway, none of them worked on my laptop. I tried a distro - ( it's an iso downloaded from torrent XxX_10.4.11_Intel - Tiger ) it worked on my laptop without any problem except built-in wireless card and built-in webcam. I tried the iDeneb v1.4 10.5.6 in my laptop as well coz I don't really wanted to use tiger when I can have the opportunity to use Leopard. Surprisingly it worked properly even though I had a long time fixing the problem with dual booting XP and OSx86 though, but it's working fine now.

What are the distros that you've tried if you've never tried iDeneb v1.4 10.5.6 maybe you could give it a try.
