Hi all,

I have successfully installed mac osx using iPC patched to ppf 5.
But after install, if I want to boot from this seperate (PATA) hd, it just hangs at the apple (gray) loading screen. (yes I first did the -f option)

I tried booting in safe mode (-x), same result.
booting in verbose mode (-v) gives no errors! it just stops working. The last line(s) are:
MAC framework succesfully initialized
(... something about io clusters...)

Then it just stops.
These are my specs:

motherboard: MSI p35 neo f (with onboard sound alc 888 and onboard ethernet realtek)
4096mb DDR2 ram
proc: core2duo E6550
graphics: nvidia 7600 gt (256mb ram)
hard disk: seperate pata hard disk (maxtor, 200gb)

I could install all my hardware using the customized install. So no problems there. There was only one problem, I had to launch the install with: cpus=1
I also installed this patch.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
