Ok guys, heres the deal...i have everything working on my hackintosh w/ a p35-ds3l mobo. The problem is that i have to have the installation dvd in the drive to boot into osx succesfully (i dont press any keys during boot, i just let it countdown to 0 and it boots into osx). I have cameleon v2.0b to dual boot between windows 7 and osx 10.5.6 but can only get the cameleon screen if i dont have the leopard dvd in the drive. If i choose osx from the bootloader it brings me to gray apple screen and just sits there....then the little cross (kinda like the non smoking logo) thing shows up and i have to manually restart the pc. how can i fix this? thanks.

i would also like to add that when i open up the startup disk option from system preferences, the only thing i see is network startup. Should'nt i have osx listed in there as well....is that my problem? if so...how do i add it?
