Can I Triple Boot with EFI GUID with Leopard, Vista & Linux ?

Hi i was just trying to format a New HDD into several Partitions in GUID using EFI v8, so i can Get the Best of the 3 OS' do someone has a Guide or a Link in How to ?

I know how to partition the disk but i meant installing the OS, which one first and how to get thru Ubuntu Grub boot etc...
