stuck at booting iPC 10.5.6

as soon as i boot from iPC 10.5.6 dvd and enter verbose [-v] mode i get this :

it just hangs here with the cursor( _ ) blinking. what do i do?

i have tried -x -f -v and -cpus=1. nothing is working.
my pc config is:

pentium 4 2.66 ghz (sse3 compatible)
320gb hard disk
640 mb ram (512+128)
no graphic card
ps2 mouse and keyboard

please help. i want to install this from a long time. pls pls pls

1. deleting the extensions.mkext (by booting with -f)

2. or get your self another mach_kernel.. what kernel are you using? voodoo works the best for me

i have tried booting with -f but how do i delete extensions.mkext

how do i get a mach_kernel? i havent even reachd the apple logo screen...

If you have the opportunity to boot into some unixoid OS (i.e. Linux, BSD, ...) you might check the md5-checksum of your iPC DVD, by usingm5sum /dev/<device-file> where <device-file> is the one that belongs to your DVD drive. You can do the same with the ISO image you downloaded.
It should return a couple of numbers and letters, this should both match with the ones listet on the iPC website - since there are variosu PPF patches for iPC distro and I don't know which one you downloaded, you'll have to look up for it yourself.

With doing this you can ensure that you don't have a bad burned DVD or downloaded a corrupt ISO.
md5 checksum tool is avaible for Windows also, but Windows doesn't allow to check the DVD itself.
