Hi,

anyone have experience with this motherboard?
http://www.foxconnchannel.com/product/Motherboards/detail_spec.aspx?ID=en-us0000367

I've installed 3 times now with different distros, ideneb, ipc and now IAtkos v7

I get it up and running very quickly and all works for a period of time before the networking just disappears. I've used both on board LAN and now an intel 8557 card.

With some of the lockups I've seen the mouse not working as well - keyboard fine! This was with a USB pair. I disabled all USB and used PS2 only to have the same thing happen. - So Ive ruled out USB problems.

I'm at the nd of my tether now. When its first up and working its brilliant, but once the networking goes its useless - I use this remotely all the time so its more than a minor, reboot now and again.

I'd be quite happy if someone advised that this motherboard or chipset is crap or is it something I'm not doing.

I'm a linux admin by trade so not adverse to troubleshooting.

There are no errors in system.log to help at all, just ntpd bitching that it can't talk to apple!

Please guys, any help??

Bryan
