Problem with Iatkos V7 on D865GBF

Hello, can someone please say what would be the best settings for my machine?

Mainboard Intel D865GBF
Processor P4 Hyper Threading 2.8 Ghz
Video: Nvidia FX5200 128Mb
WIFI Dlink DWA-110 (ralink RT73)

I had ideneb 10.5.5 working fine but i cant find the correct way to install Iatkos 10.5.7 i would really apreciate any help
