UK PC keyboard layout

For anyone who wants a keyboard layout for a UK standard qwerty pc keyboard.
Place in Library/keyboard layouts for either user or root.

Then open System Preferences/international/input menu and tick show input menu in input bar,
scroll down and tick keyboard that just says uk, you can then select it from menu bar.

To those on 10.6.6 go System prefs>Language and texts>Input sources and select it from there

Then int he taskbar at the top, click the flag, select uk instead of british - job done!
