i m using mach_kernel.432amd

any idea what causing the KP?

my RIG:
AMD Athlon X2 7750 BlackEdition
Gigabyte GA-M720-US3
4 GB kit DDR2 PC 6400 G-Skill BlackEdition
500 Gb Seagate Baracuda SATA
GeForce 9600 GT 512 MB GDDR3 256Bit

Which bootloader are you using?
And you re-named the kernel to mach_kernel?

I got the same KP message. I am using Chameleon 2 RC2.

Have you tried just using pcefiv9 and just bare extensions like only dsmos.kxt in /Extra?

Rename to mach_kernel.432amd to mach_kernel
Rename the original mach_kernel too mach_kernel.orginal

Yeah i got it too boot. But i think im gonna wait for a better bootloader...
Since im having problems with the current ones...

i have asking modbin and he give me a new kernel. but its still KP on my rig... gonna wait for some new kernel.

I think chameleon rc2 is giving lots of people KPs, did you try rc1?

Also, you don't need to rename it if you edit your com.apple.boot.plist to say the correct filename instead. But you do need to pick either/or.

I'm having the same problem, but I had it with PC_EFI 10.2, Chameleon RC1 and RC2. Has anyone had any luck with using a previous hacked kernel?

I got SL working!! iTunes crashes every time tho.
I had KP using chameleon 2 RC2. I switched to the bootloader and boot file in the following post and it's working.

No problem with iTunes 8.2.1 (6).

Recognizes my iPhone and syncs.

You could try reinstalling iTunes :-|

No problem for intel... but some problem with AMD...

now i got it fixed & itunes work normally.... (back to the old way of hackintosh)

Gonna make a new thread for installing Snow leopard 432 on AMD...... stay tunes...

What exactly is changed with the test7 kernel aryajuanda?

With test7 kernel I can use all 4 cores. With the 432 kernel I can use only 1 core.
