Ok I have the following hardware and i just wanna get opinions and recommendations on what i will need to do for the installation to run smoothly as possible:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L Rev. 2
Memory: PNY 2 x 2GB PC2-6400
Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.5Ghz E5200 Processor
Video Card: NVidia Geforce 8400 GS
HD: Western Digital 500gb SATA Hard Drive

This is my hardware... I wanna run iATKOS 10.5.7
Please any help on a smooth installation would be greatly appreciated :)

I can't do the install yet because I don't have the ram yet but as soon as i get it.

Any help or recommendations on a smooth installation would be great! THANKS!

It looks to me like you are all set start off with just the essentials write down what you choose so you can update iatkos v7 seems to work on most intel machines so you should be OK

Alright I'm back and i have completed the build it took a while but it is finally done:
So here it is

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L Rev. 2
Memory: PNY 2 x 2GB PC2-6400
Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.5Ghz E5200 Processor
Video Card: NVidia Geforce 8400 GS
HD: Western Digital 500gb SATA Hard Drive

Installed: iATKOS v7 (10.5.7) with NVinject for the Graphics card
I had to buy a USB to Ethernet from apple to get internet because the rev number of my motherboard(2.x) woud be imppossible to get working (athros)

other then thoe 2 things everythimg else runs smooth and i can update from Software update just fine

So im now running iAtkos 10.5.7 -> 10.5.8 and everything works just fine!

thanks
