I have a Sony Vaio SZ SZ650N laptop.

I'm trying to build a snow leopard USB installation stick with 2 partitions, the first small one with chameleon RC3 and updated the boot file with netka's pcefi 10.3. The second partition is the restored Snow Leopard DVD disk.

I'm booting with the Nvidia GPU. With any kexts I can boot the SL intaller until I can see a grey screen with the mouse cursor during 1 second and finally an endless rainbow spinning wheel :( ( can be this a kernel panic without words on screen ?)

Any suggestion ?

I also got the DSDT file table using windows and the command "iasl -g" but when I try to recompile it (without adding any mod) it gives me more than 200 errors and is impossible to recompile :(

Thank you.

i found it easier to use 3 partitions, partition 1 with bootloader (I used boot 132), partition 2 with 10.5 installed and working, and partition 3 with the 10.6 dvd on.

I just boot into 10.5, then run the OSInstall file from the 10.6 dvd, works great :)
