What bootloader are you using? I'd use Chameleon 2 RC3 from:http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=184766 and use the test7 kernel by Modbin here: http://rapidshare.com/files/270141107/mach_kernel_test7.rar

I think this is the wrong bootloader. Sure looks like it. You don't download the JAR, download the files, you got the sources. Also, you can try PCEFI v10.3 (http://rapidshare.de/files/48382168/boot.html), which I use and works very well. www.netkas.org

But also, try the Modbin kernel. You have a P4? I think you need the modbin for it.

oh that was mistake look at my edited links, delete it, download that kernel, and pcefiv9 causes that kp for me too. so use Chameleon 2 or yeah pcefi 10.3 works too. :)

yeah there should be. like fakesmc.kext etc. thats why it's probably crashing.

Yes, You need a folder in the root. Extra>Extensions> have these inside as a minimum:

FakeSMC.kext (http://rapidshare.de/files/48328849/fakesmc_SL.kext.zip.html), OpenHaltRestart.kext (http://hgkpua.blu.livefilestore.com/y1pQQmoN1sATHQ36CaZc1T2jIr2nLSKTki3ZL4Q6w7oXe9GW-gnARFdNyN8AmQlCBYfE6eG-AYYDZGPVkuTPF7VBQ/OpenHaltRestart.kext_for_snow_64.tar?download)

Also dont forget nullcpupowermanagment.kext!

Mines running without it, so I don't know if it is "Necessary"

OHR.kext is known to cause KP without Null.kext

For me, boot is faster without it, and so is shutdown, and no kernel panics!
