Well, I went ahead and backed up my working com.apple.Boot.plist and installed PC EFI 10.3 and turned on the graphics enabler and the builtin ethernet options for PCEFI10.3. First boot I only had 1024x768, so I added in -pci0 (into the com.apple.Boot.plist) and rebooted.... It worked! My dual DVI monitors are back to 1680x1050 and acceleration is working. Screen shot attached of the added bonus under the system profiler. :D
