OSX on Vaio VGN NS 21 S

hey guys im using a Vaio VGN NS 21 S notebook with the following specs:

Intel® CoreTM 2 Duo T6400 (2,0 GHz, 2 MB Cache, 800 MHz FSB)
250 GB SATA
4096 MB DDR-2-SDRAM
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3430 mit 256 MB VRAM


ive tried some version of Kalyway and everything seemed to install just fine but i was only able to use low resolution and wifi didnt work. not knowing what to do, i uninstalled and went back to windows... but i cant take it anymore.

will i be able to run OSX flawlessly, which distro should i use?
