I'm having a problem getting this card to work with hardware accelleration.

I can get it to boot ok with the card recognised and full resolution options but no CI/QE if I rename/delete geforce.kext, but when geforce.kext is there then I get a kernel panic at boot.
It does boot ok when i boot with -x but still with no CI/QE (I'm guessing thats becuse safe mode just isn't loading geforce.kext)

This is behaving the same on both Leopard and Snow Leopard, and the same whatever method I use to enable the card (EFI string, injectors, or GraphicsEnabler)

The card is working perfectly in Windows, and I had it fully working in Tiger when I last played with OSX a couple of years ago.

The card is an XFX 256MB PCI-E 6800GT
The rest of the PC spec is: Athlon X2 3800+, ASUS A8N-E (nforce 4 chipset), 2gb of ram, IDE hard drive.

Any help would be much appreciated.
