hi folks,

after installing ideneb distro there is a strange effect concerning airport.
during setup no patch was installed for wireless.
after bootup airport was detected and seemed to work properly, but
no network will be detected; no connection to a SSID specified network (timed out)
i was wondering that creating a network will function(!?)
tried a new setup with broadcom patch - the same issue/problem :(
also tried the broadcom_enabler_script (0.5.2) - no success :(
in former times airport works well under 10.4.8 and 10.5.2
does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
many thnx.
