The sources were released, what's the story on a new kernel? Is anyone working on one?

yet it isn't complete, right (ssse3 emulation, cpuid patching, tsc fix?

sse emulationIt has an emualtionlayer for SSE2 support. Something like that for SSE CPUs was never there and will more than likely never be, as the complication is not worth the work if you look at todays prices for Hardware. ;)
