Kernel Panic when I load the retail Snow Leopard Disc

Hello,

I become a kernel panic when I load with the Boot132 Disc the retail Disc Snow LEopard.

My System:
P5Q-E P45 mod Bios for OSX
E6600
4870

My BIOS is moddet for OSX and default. AHCI is enable.

I hope that anybody can help me :-)
