USB Webcam MIC

i have a ALC 880 chip.input is not working.so i'm notable connect mic.But i have a Microsoft Lifecam VX 3000 which has a built in mic.How can i use it.My webcam is detected as USB Camera.

in sound input USB camera is detected.but when i use it.no audio is recorded.

any one have same cam.please help me :( i badly need it.this is the only problem i have in mac.

some how video is working with macam drivers. But sadly no audio input.

BTW some one tell me a card which is fully functional under mac. Both Input and output.

I dont think there is any, ive been trying to figure that out for over a year, thats why were all using onboard chips

Creative Sound blaster Live ! card has MACos driver.But its dated 11 jul 02.Omg it very old.

any one tested it.please post your comment on this.
