Hey everybody, I finally got my new computer, and I need some help getting Snow installed :\

Specs:

Intel 5520 Motherboard (Lenovo D20)

Two Intel Xeon E5504 Quad Core @ 2.00GHz Each

4GB RAM DDR3 (getting 4 more later)

nVidia Quadro FX 580

Two 250GB HDDs SATA, not on RAID controller, using Intel ICH

----

It's been so long since I've done this that things have completely changed. I don't know which way to start. I heard that you're supposed to make a Chameleon flash drive then load it up with kexts but I don't know where to start because there are so many methods out there now. KEXTs are hard to find for this thing too, I know it's a challenge but I'm sure it'll pay off.

I tried to boot using SnowOSX, and no luck, it either instantly reboots or stalls with a green stripe on my screen, no KP either, just boom and pow.

I tried with the following switches: cpus=1 platform=ACPI platform=X86PC -x86 -x -v -s -f

No luck.

Regular Leopard discs hang later on while booting =(

Use this kernel too boot snowy http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?kmd2dtgumyd and boot with cpus=15 -v and if it still wont boot then we will have to try something else.
