To start from the beggining....
I had formatted my whole hdd for the install of Iatkos V7, when i booted i got "NTLDR missing" so i decided to pop in an old XP disc and let it run just long enough for it to load all the initial files, rebooted, put the iatkos disc back in and it booted, i installed but the install was taking upwards of an hour at this point so i fell asleep. Woke up, was locked up at the grey apple screen (no big deal cause i could work with that to figure that out myself) However i had changed a setting in my Bios in hopes of speeding up the next install process of iatkos and what i changed forced me to use a jumper to reset my mainboard settings to default. Ever since then i cannot get ANY copy of iatkos or kalyway to boot up at all, just sits there with the cd drive and hdd lights blinking like it knows theres a disc there but doesnt find a way to boot it. The dvd doesnt spool up or anything. My windows discs all boot up fine (xp, vista, ect) but no os x disc will and ive tryed burning about 6 discs now all with different programs and no luck, all do the same thing. Resetting my mainboard shouldnt have affected this cause its a factory gateway board that has limited options anyways so i never had a reason to change anything in the past so stock settings got me booted once, just wandering why im not able to anymore. Any help please and thank you in advance.
