Can anyone tell me if it can install on my laptop? i've been searching for weeks.

HP Pavilion Tx2000 (Touch Screen PC)
CPU: 2.2 GHz AMD Turion 64 x2 Dual-Core .....
Ram: 3072 mb
VGA: NVIDIA Geforce Go 6150M
