boot issues!!!:(

i had a quick look on google for fixes to this but couldnt see anything...

i downloaded kalyway 10.5.2 and burned it to a dvd, seemed to go smoothly,
tried to load the disk, loaded 6 lines of writing and it just restarts my pc everytime:(
anyone had anything similar?

pc specs:
gigabyte GA-M52L-S3P
amd Athlon X2 240 (2.8 ghz)
hyperx 2gb 800ghz
his ati 4670 1gb graphics
sata hp dvd drive
500gb sata hard drive
80gb ide hard drive
