i'm in the same way....
<searching around, it seems to be a sata driver problem;
<in order to solve it, I have a question:
<is your installation dvd d/l from a torrent or from a newsgroup?
<is there a \system\library\extension\ folder inside it?

TIA

No there is not a \system\library\extension\ folder inside DVD.But it has a file called "Extensions.mkext" in System\Library instead.
Plz help me to solve this .Thanks in advance.

Boot, then press enter at the countdown, then try boot with -v flag.
