Problem with Kernel Panic, already tried to change seatbelt

My problem is, when I download a dmg with safari I got kernel panic. I already tried this http://www.infinitemac.com/f5/updated-08-09-dmg-mounting-issues-seatbelt-kext-t1992/ how to, but I got it again. I've updated from version 10.5.7 v 1.5 iDeneb --> 10.5.8 with iDeneb Combo Kit and now it doesn't work with safari :(. Can somebody give me a short how to for jerks;). My Kernel is 9.5.0 voodoo.

Can you post a snapshot of the KP? If you are using the Voodoo Kernel you should get some text displayed on the screen when it freezes.
