Screen/Desktop recorder

Any suggestion for the best screen recorder in Mac between these ones or other ones?:iShowU,HD and HD Pro,Screenflow,Screenium,Jig from TechSmith,etc...
And of course to not kill the system,resourceless most?

I'd recommend Screenflow, I use it all the time and it only takes a little from your resources. :cool:
