If anyone can help me install this , I am willing to offer them $100 USD... I need this installed urgent asap....Ive tried but had no luck with kernal panic..

It will run Vanilla Snow Leopard Fine (If there is no SATA errors), but you may have to find more specific drivers for your ATI and WLAN cards.

As for the Kernel P, could you please boot with -v and take a picture of the text that appears and upload it here? It will help find us find a more specific solution to your problem.
