How well scores the X4500 in OpenMark Benchmark?

I am currently testing the kext. It gives me some odd readings, The Dock is transparent, but Preview and DVD player dont work, Photo-booth does work, but not iTunes visualizer.
It should atleast give you native resolution and QuartzGL, and about 144MB of shared vRam.

You gave me as well as others at Insanelymac false hope with QE on the 4500MHD, theres a difference between QuartzGL and Quartz Extreme. Should really change your signature.

Sorry about that I will change those, I am getting really weird reading from my system about the graphics though strange.

OpenGL Graphics Test is just a black box?

And the QuartzGL part is FUD, you cant have GPU Acceleration for the 2D API without working drivers to access the GPU, it just displays it.

The graphics don't FULLY work, but I have OpenGL working and my highest supported resolution working, plus 144MB of shard VRAM.

I dont own a copy of openmark, if people donated to my project I could purchase the required software for proper testing.

Openmark is shareware, you can DOWNLOAD it for free, but you have to pay to use it.

Even if it's not - I wonder why someone who attempts to use OS X on unauthorized hardware would care about software licenses. :D

Very funny Imkantus...Very funny.... Actually I am very particular about my licenses, I have purchased both Leopard and Snow Leopard Retail DVD's and I don't support Torrent sites and what not. So as far as I am concerned I like my software to be properly licensed, other than the fact that it is against the EULA to install either operating system on hardware that is not "Apple Labeled".

So, still not even OpenGL?

I did not develop the kext nor do I claim that I have or did, don't complain to me, I just brought the kext out of the hard to find places to out in the open.

Hey Mr. 00010 - it wasn't my intention to be offensive - it's just my personal opionion, that it ain't a crime to "borrow" software just for just for some scientific application instead of personal requirement. ;)

@Topic: If it's just about the vesa framebuffer / correct resolutions, you don't need to mess with patched X3100 kext files - you can create a tiny ext2 partition and install the GRUB bootloader with 915resolution patch to it. It will modify your video bios, so that you can use the correct resolution for your screen, using "GraphicsMode=" bootflag on OS X. :)
This will be even more usefull, as it will work fine using 64-Bit Kernel on most Intel graphic chipset. (The Intel GMA kernel extensions of the latest 10.6.3 builds lost x86_64 capability again, so certainly the final one might be equally.)
I have recently used this method when I was hackinotshing a friends GMA500 netbook and it's working fine on there.
