okay so ive done some searching round and ive just come across alot of black screen errors and nothing like what im having trouble with when i move a window or scroll in safari
ive got a gefrorce 8600gt in this computer ive jsut hackintoshed and ive used iatkos v7 with nvinject 256

SOLVED!
simply go to http://diabolik1605.com/DHF/ and download not nvkush but his geforce driver set! run install select driver install reboot and hey presto! resolution fix aswell as fixin the distortion and giving quartz extreme!
oh and to go on that website u need to use either firfox opera or safari doesnt work with ie
