Well try to boot in the safemode using -x bootflag. If that works, I would try to follow the instructions posted here (http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/lofiversion/index.php/%22http:/t86308.html).

Installing all this stuff from a prepatched distro doesn't make it easier to solve problems - usually it even creates more of them, so if iAtkos v7 installer works in your case, I would first of all do an as clean as possible install with just a minium of those fixes.
For example: Main System, Chameleon v2, /Extra, DSDT, Voodoo Kernel of your choice, dsmos, Disabler, OHR, nForce Chipset driver & Post-Install Actions - nothing else. (Maybe PS2 driver?)

Once done go ahead and try to get your hardware working - in this case you know the changes done to the OS, and you are able to undo them if it doesn't work as expected. ;)

Some hints:
Wifi - You can try this script (http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=51725&pid=616526&mode=threaded&start=) it will add more device IDs to the Broadcom Wireless driver. :)
Wired - This Kernel Extension (http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=125569) should work for you.
Sound - From what I found on Ubuntu Forums your device is using an ALC861-VD Codec - Maybe this (http://www.infinitemac.com/f36/new-alc861-vd-applehda-driver-t2716/) will help you.

Good Luck.

Well your kind of GeForce chip is not fully supported; there is no way to get graphics accerlation (CI/QE).
I earlier posted this Link: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=86308&pid=786380&mode=threaded&start=0#entry786380
If you want to try to follow the instructions the user zandera has written there, you can get NVInject here (http://nvinject.free.fr/downloads.php) and the latest MacVidia pkg here (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=TE2AQJK7). I have no experience with using that stuff but I hope it will work for you. :)

I have also attached the patched AppleHDA.kext that has only been avaible from rapidshare.com - if you don't want to mess with DSDT Inject or EFI String, try using it with HDAEnabler.kext

In both cases - I recommend you to create Back-Ups beforce replacing or deleting something. ;)

Do you remind which of those three avaible PS2 driver packages you installed?
http://i32.tinypic.com/dxzn1y.jpg

For the Audio: First you should create a back-up of your current AppleHDA.kext - so go to /System/Library/Extensions and copy it to some place where it is safe.
Next get the AppleHDA.kext from the ZIP file I have attached and HDAEnabler.kext (http://drivers.osx86.hu/show_file.php?id=27).
You can install them easily using KextHelper b7 (http://cheetha.net/) - just drop them into the programm window, enter your password and do Easy Install. :)
(Be sure that no VoodooHDA, AppleAzaliaAudio kext or similiar is present on your system the same time. - If it doesn't work either keep in mind to remove HDAEnabler.kext and reinstall old AppleHDA before you try a different solution.)

i have installed

Apple PS/2 Driver

cause some thing when i checked it told me to not choose voodoo PS/2, so i didn't choose voodoo PS/2 nor Voodoo PS/2 With Track Plugin.

and i think i have choosen the wrong audio kext when i installed
i choosed voodoo as default i think.

OK. Let's start over. :D

First the touchpad:
Get this stuff: http://www.mediafire.com/?zyznqm5nnhd and KextHelper (mentioned above) install the two kext files using KextHelper and reboot. Then copy com.meklort.ps2.helper.plist to /Library/LaunchAgents and simply double-click "Synaptics Trackpad.prefPane" to install it.
You should now be able to change and use touchpad functionality.

Secondary the Audio:
If you have installed VoodooHDA driver and it doesn't work it's time to kick it out - Just delete /System/Library/Extensions/VoodooHDA.kext and /System/Library/Extensions.mkext & reboot. Then you are ready to try what I wrote above. :)

I installed Audio (AppleHDA.Kext) using Kext Helper b7
and it said installed successfully and i removed only Voodoo HDA Kext cause i didn't find anything else for Azalia Kexts.

and rebooted system then still not working
i managing to boot with iAtkos DVD and install Voodoo PS/2 With Trackpad plugin + Apple HDA Audio.

i hope it will works :)

Well AppleHDA is the stock driver and doesn't not simply work with any codec by default.

The one I had attached is a modified / patched one for use with ALC861VD Codec, but it doesn't even load just by itself - to use it you'll need a device inject as well, this can be the HDAEnabler.kext I mentioned, or an EFI String or DSDT modification.

Apart from that it might help if you could boot some kind of linux distribution like Knoppix or anything like that, and dump your audio codec into a textfile.
It's usually located in place similiar to /proc/asound/card0/codec#0 (numbers might be different) To create a codec dump, you can use "cat /proc/asound/card0/codec#0 > /location/codecdump.txt" on the command line - if you could provide such a file it would be much easier to help you to make your sound working. :)

Thanks
Trackpad Working Perfectly
Audio Not Working

i want u to know that when i was installing iAtkos at beginning the sound was working out of box and it was the only thing that was working :D
i was listening to Mac Welcome Intro Music and Thaa Speech guy talking.
so i think it's not in need to install linux nor editing any efi or these things that i don't know :)
i will try to install Azalia HDA

i tried many many things
but i see Apple02Audio.kext at Extensions

it could be the problem ?
i would to remove it and give it a try !

Available Devices:This looks like HDAEnabler.kext or some other kind of device inject beeing present on your setup...

I am not realy sure what's currently going on there at urs - maybe you can enter "kextstat" and "ls /System/Library/Extensions" on Terminal and put the output into a text file?

Hey bro i have updated to 10.5.8 yesterday
and the system Down :D

and i tried to fix it by installing some fixes and drivers from iAtkos v7 DVD
but didn't works it hangs on Apple Logo.
so i have made a clean install today
and tried to select Apple HDA for Audio and Unchecked Voodoo HDA, but still sound not working. but every thing else working good.

Imkantus
02-15-2010, 03:41 PM
Well first the 10.5.8 Update for AMD:

1. Make sure to have Disabler.kext beeing installed and loaded. ("kextstat | grep Disabler" should display if beeing loaded or not).
If this Kext is not present on your setup do not continue!

2. You need to back-up your current Kernel and Kernel Extensions, on Terminal:
sudo -s
# Enter your password
cp /mach_kernel /bak_kernel
cp -R /System/Library/Extensions /Extensions_bak
3. Optional, but recommended: Get latest fakesmc release from here: http://netkas.org/?p=338 - install the Leopard Version via KextHelper and delete either dsmos.kext or AppleDecrypt.kext (depending on which one you are using) from /System/Library/Extensions before you reboot. On next boot up use the "-f" bootflag.

4. Download the 10.5.8 Update manualy:
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/macosx_updates/macosx1058update.html

5. Get the OSx86 Tools and keep them open - apply the Update but do not reboot - Go to the OSx86 Tools, check the following boxes: repair permissions, Set kext permissions & Clear extensions cache and execute those tasks - might take a while. Then reboot your system. :)

6. Try to boot OS X using "/bak_kernel -v" on the Bootprompt.

7. After hopefuly a succefull boot reinstall your old system.kext and seatbelt.kext from /Extensions_bak folder using KextHelper and use the follwing Syntax to make your patched Kernel the default one again:
sudo -s
rm -f /mach_kernel
mv /bak_kernel /mach_kernel

...

For the Audio you can try to install the VoodooHDA or Azalia pkg from your DVD - open the packages folder using "open /Volumes/iAT*/System/Installation/Packages" on Terminal, when the DVD is inserted. But keep in mind to remove the Kernel Extension again if it doesn't work, try to avoid to have more than one fix for the same purpose at the same time!

Y@$$ER LOTFY
02-15-2010, 03:48 PM
yeah it's from HDA Enabler
i have tried now and know it

the kextstat and kext ls is are in attachments
i hope we can solve this thing
if every thing worked perfectly i will make tutorial for tx2000 user.

the only needed driver now is sound
and we need some fixes for booting issue and power issue but when we fix sound first will see them.

thanks in advanced bro.

Hey Dude i have tried this steps for update :-

1. Make sure to have Disabler.kext beeing installed and loaded. ("kextstat | grep Disabler" should display if beeing loaded or not).
If this Kext is not present on your setup do not continue!

2. You need to back-up your current Kernel and Kernel Extensions, on Terminal:
Code:
On next boot up use the "-f" bootflag.

and i can't boot to OS X Now It Hangs on Apple Screen
and i tried -v mode to see the error, and it hangs on the same thing when i made update to 10.5.8 yesterday.

"Feb 15 17:11:49 yasser-lotfys-mac-pro kextd[10]: IOKitWaitQuiet() timed out waiting to write kernel symbols"
"AppleNForceATA: found 0 units."

K. I am not familiar with that Chipset / nForceATA problem - you could try this nForceATA Kernel Extension: AppleNForceATA.kext (http://uploaded.to/file/msp8sr) it's known to fix some issues with the one beeing present on the iATKOS v7 release - I hope it'll will help you to get past that. :-| Best try to update your system straight after the installation...
