I have successfully installed iAtkos v7 on my MSI GX620. Everything is working properly except for the wifi card and sound. According to this url OSx86 (http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCL_10.6.0/Portables#GX620), everything should work out of the box except for the wireless card. But most of the ktext he mentioned is not there so I guess I need to download it and integrate it to the installer.
Now my plan is to use a retail snow leopard disk and manually patched it for my own needs. The question is... how? Most of the tutorials I found here are for specific hardware. I don't know which part to follow. Can anyone here guide me?
Here is my laptop system specs.
CPU: Intel Core2Duo T7350 2.0GHz
Graphic card Nvidia 9600M GT 512MB DDR3
RAM: 2x2 GB DDR2 800MHz
500GB Toshiba MK255GSX
Optiarc DVD-RW
LAN: Realtek PCIe GBE Famile Controller
Firewire: IEEE 1394 @ 400 MHz
Keyboard/Trackpad: ... I don't know but Apple PS/2 works fine for me.
Sound: Realtek High Definition Audio.. I don't know why it didn't work. What ktext should I use?
Wireless: worst part. Intel Wifi Link 5100 AGN
Bluetooth: Bluetooth RFCOMM
JMicron 3 in 1 Card reader
