Install Problem...

Everything works 85% until I get to the install destination part. I choose my partition I made and named "leopard" it is formated ntfs, but the installer does see it. I double click on it and t say something like erase and reformat. I choose Mac OS Extended (journaled). then i click again and it lets me go to the next screen where i choose "install" and then I skip disk check. It starts to install but then gives me an error about how it cant create a folder...
Please help..
