This is my first post, and I hope my question will not look very noob, because I am in mac OS.
Through reading I managed to install SL universal on my HP Pavilion dv5, then I updated to version 10.6.3 from Apple.
Everything seams to be working ok apart from that some applications such as Quick Time, Preview and any other application I try to install. The applications like iWork09 would open and I can click any button on its bars but I can not write anything in it. checking the log it says something like invalid context and invalid pixel format.
