problrm with log and transfer in FCP???help meeeee?

hi to all
i have panasonic AVCHD 150 camcorder and when i tried to log and transfer the clips on my memory card to the final cut pro 7 . everytime i press log and transfer the final cut pro 7 turns off , and i have to open the final cut pro again and the same happen
when i go to log and transfer the programs turns off.

help me
