Mouse skipping, any fixes?

So I've read other peoples issues with it, and I have no idea why, but mine is EXTREME skipping. I've deleted that one kext, appleuserupstream.kext, but I still get this. What else could be causing that, and what can be done to fix it?

Update: Only my Wireless Microsoft X8 skips, my wired old MS mouse doesn't do that. Why?
