Mouse Problem

Ok,the installer is working fine,the only problem is that the mouse pointer is not working. I had to install mac snow leopard with the help of keyboard. I don't know any keyboard shortcut for opening/closing window and other essential task in Mac. How can I enable mouse movement in Mac? Please help me. If I need to install any kext?please suggest me.
