Try retail Snow Leopard with Empire EFI, if it doesn't work, check out "Snow Leopard Client Server by Hazard"

Hi imbaa

I've your same hardware and unluckily the same problem.
I can only get iAtkos v7 running properly, by specifying before booting:
cpus=1 fsb=200000000 busratio=20

Every time i try to run Snow i end up in a Kernel Panic. This happens with all those installation methods:
EmpireEFI AMD R2 + Retail 10.6
bootable usb with restored image (with these kernels: modbin.432, modbin.test7, legacy 10.0, blackknight 10.2 & 10.3)
Hazard 10.6.1 10.6.2 intel/AMD distro

I'm beginning to think that it may be an hardware problem, related to some motherboard-specific function (my first suspect is the iROG chip)...

The strangest thing is that i'm able to run SL with all the previous method inside VMWare, so im pretty sure it isn't a CPU related issue...
