Hi! I was wondering if anyone here knows of a solution to this problem I'm having.

I've recently installed iPC OSx86 Universal 10.5.6 PPF5 on my HP Pavillion dv6000 laptop computer. It was a lot easier then I thought it would be, and I've managed to get almost everything to work perfectly (sound, ethernet, wireless, sleep mode etc). The only thing left would be my Wacom tablet.

I have a Wacom Volito, and I know that it's not supposed to be supported by Mac OS X, and I know there's a workaround for it, that apparently has worked for people - a certain Graphire/Intuos driver 4.7.9-2, along with a program called VolitoMIDI.

The problem is that I've tried to install said driver and program, but it didn't work. Before, Mac OS X would recognize the tablet as a touch pad, but afterards, it lost contact with it completely, and now it isn't working at all (though the sensor bars in VolitoMIDI still recognize it). I've tried to trash the installed drivers and restart to make the tablet at lest go back to working as a touchpad, but it's still not recognized.

I suppose I should just buy a new tablet, one that is supported by Macs, but alas, I'm very poor. :(

Does anyone have an idea of how to solve these issues? Both getting the computer to realize the tablet is there, and actually getting the drivers to work. Any help would be very appreciated!

I'd be happy to provide any additional information on my system, to the best of my knowledge.

Thank you.
