I currently have a Dell Dimension E520 witht he G965 chipset. Every time I pop in the iATKOS S3 disk, it goes all "ghostbusters" on me when trying to boot from the disc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using a dedicated graphics card.
onboard graphics seems to fail me too.
