Greetings Hackintoshers!

After posting on other forums & getting no replies, I am hoping for some
help here.....http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif

Please help me with the following....

I've got a Compaq CQ60-210US, and I would appreciate any guidance as to how I should move past the following line during the bootup of iDeneb 1.4 (OS X 10.5.7)

"Loading HFS+ file: [/System/Library/Extensions.mkext] from 4230a80"
(please see attachment)

I've tried the "CPUs=1" "-f -x -v" options to no avail.

Thank you.

Thank you for the advise. I did finally get some help on other forums & no one ever mentioned that burning with Nero would be an issue. Yes, fast burning was not recommend & that is why by burns were all at 8x.

Anyhow, I tried every possbile distro of OSx out there & that includes vanilla versions. Still, no dough. The errors that resulted varied but the outcome was the same.

It finally boiled down to the fact that my laptops SATA controller driver is not supported.
