help | install osx 10.6.3 on my pc

ram:
4GB DDR2

video card:
ATI RADEON HD 4670 512 MB

hdd:
500GB

mother board:
ASUS-P5E-VM HDMI

and 1 original copy of mac osx 10.6.3 disk
so how i can install osx on my pc?
