Hey...
i'm newbie in Macintosh. I've a problem with my graphic card. It's seems can't recoqnize / detect my graphic card. The method that i've try is :
1. Using Empire EFI to boot (http://www.mediafire.com/?o1egnkn2jxz from http://prasys.info/2010/01/empire-efi-v-1-085-is-out/.
2. Install SL, but in the end always error (if i search it on google, it's caused because the processor is amd, so in the end of installation always error, is it right?)
3. Update to SL 10.6.4...
4. Install myhack from Empire Efi's CD.
5. install chamelleon RC3 (because SL won't boot)
6. copy NForceATA kext from preboot.dmg on Empire EFI, to extra/extension because my board need NForceATA.
7. Using NVinject or NVDarwin or NVEnabler or EFi String or NVIDIA Kext (http://prasys.info/2010/10/nvidia-kexts-for-osx/) and the result is rebooted before enter the desktop.
8. using dsdt.aml http://cid-beaba0573e3ab13f.office.live.com/self.aspx/Public/dsdt.aml still restarted.
9. modify info.plist in NVDAResman, NVDAN50 and Geforce with 0x000010de&0x0000ffff or with 0x042210DE&0xfff0ffff.
10. add <key>GraphicsEnabler</key><string>Yes</string> nor add <key>PciRoot</key> <string>1</string> in com.apple.boot.plist and still rebooted.
it's will not restarted if i deleted NVDA*. But if i deleted it, my VGA can't enable the QE/CI. :'(
And if i try to install ideneb, in verbose mode i look display : family specific matching fails. and if i add EFI String, or Inject kext, it will freeze and can't enter the ideneb or iPC.
so what i must do?
